We have not been all that good at updating the blog lately. It is almost like we have two kids and full-time jobs. Jack is now 3 months old (almost 4 months). He probably weighs around 14 pounds, but we haven't weighed him in a few weeks. He is very strong. He is able to roll from his tummy to his back and is very close to rolling from his back to his stomach. He is reaching out for objects and grasping them. We have been very pleased with his daycare. He is going to Parsons State Hospital Child Care Center. So we drop Ella off at her school (Pirate Cove Academy) and make the commute to Parsons. I am able to go to his daycare and feed him twice each day. He rarely has to be fed a bottle.
Ella is growing and learning something new everyday. She really seems to enjoy her new school. She knows the names of all of the kids and most of the adults. Her favorite thing to ask right now is "what doing guys?" After you give your answer, if you ask her the same thing she will usually say "watching you". We thought she was well on the way to potty training, but she has recently lost interest. There are times when she will ask to go pee pee on the potty and if you ask her if she has to, she will usually try.
Sam's foot is still in a splint. She had an xray this week that showed all of the bones are healing. In 3 weeks we will begin the process of taking her out of the splint. Keep your fingers crossed that her foot still works.
I will complete the post with a bunch of adorable pictures.
Ella is back on breathing treatments. Allergies got the best of her and our doctor diagnosed her with Asthma.
Ella found and drank a cup of milk that had sat out overnight. She got very sick and threw up 8 times that evening. She had been asking for a tiara and I had bought one that day. She is sitting in her chair with her puke bowl wearing her tiara. What a little princess.
Jack in his jumperoo for the first time. He still can't reach the floor, but he loves to watch the lights.
Grandma Judy giving Jack a bath.
Aunt Kate is home for a week before Summer classes start. She picked Ella up at daycare and hung out at this crazy nut house for the evening.
