Update 1

It sounds like Tiff will be moving to a delivery room at 11:30 tonight. At midnight, she'll start getting 2 milliunits of pitocin every half hour. That will last until morning and Dr. Soheai will decide then how to proceed.

Now it's time to listen to President Obama deliver the State of the Union.
