Update 9

Tiff is now measuring 5-6 cm and is 50% effaced (whatever that means). Her nurse just put in an order for an epidural and put the on-call nurse on call. Dr. Sohaei will be here around 12:30 to check everything out and tell us where Tiff and baby stand.

Tiff is real uncomfortable and is looking forward to the epidural. The magnesium is also doing its job and keeping her blood pressure down.

I was really hoping that she wouldn't have to have magnesium, but if it is keeping her BP down then I am happy. I bet she cannot wait for that epidural! He will be here before too long and it will all be worth it.
